2. Get into my page
After that, please go into my page by pressing my menu button in the lower right corner of your shopee display.
3. Enter the settings menu
After that, please enter the settings menu by pressing the nut icon in the right corner of my page.
4. Enter my profile menu
on this setting page, you will find many menu choices. Please just enter into my profile menu which should be in the top part of the menu choice.
5. Press the username section
Arriving in this section, you will see detailed information about your account such as email, mobile number, username and profile name used. Please just press the username section.
At this stage, if you can enter the Change Username menu, then you can proceed to the 6th step. However, if it can't, there is a possibility that your account cannot change your own username and you can try the second way.
6. Change the username as needed
At this stage, I consider you can enter the Change Username menu. If you can, please change your account username as needed. If already, the Shopee system will check the username you entered, if available then you can press the check button in the upper right corner. However, if it is not available, you will see a username notification already used red which means you have to use another username.
When done, just press the existing check button and congratulate you successfully replace your username.
2. Change the Shopee Username through Chat Support
As I said before in the fifth step of the way 1, it could be the username menu button your account cannot be pressed. If that happens, there are two possibilities that are the cause:
- Your account has already made a replacement of the previous username.
- There is an error or bug in the Shopee
Even so, you can still try to replace your Shopee account username through Chat Support. For those of you who want to try this way, please follow the following guidelines.
1. Open the Shopee application
First, please open your shopee application and make sure you have logged in using the account you want to change the username.
2. Open my page
Next step, please go directly to my page by pressing my menu button in the lower right corner of the Shopee application display.
3. Press the chat button with shopee
on my page, you will see a lot of menu choices. Please scroll / scroll to the bottom until you find a chat menu with Shopee. If you have found it, please press the menu to start chat.
4. Select the chat option with the Shopee team
After that, you will enter the chat page where you will be welcomed by an automatic message. Please find the chat option with the Shopee Team or you can type Manually: "Chat with the Shopee Team"
Then please wait some time until you get a reply message from one of Shopee's team. Make sure you don't close or open another application during the process of waiting for a response or there will be communication constraints.
5. Ask for help to change the username
If you have got a reply from the Shopee team, please ask for help to the Shopee team who replied to replace the username. The Shopee team will confirm and verify the request.
6. Confirm and verification
During the chat, the Shopee team will confirm a number of things like the reason for changing the username and whether we have replaced the previous username or not.

- NinuroOfficial
- Ninura.official
- NinuroOfficialstore
where I put ninuroofficial in the first position.
Shopee team will confirm the availability of username, if the first option is not available, then the Shopee team will check the second and so on.
If it turns out the first choice is still available, then the Shopee team will use the first username in lieu of old username.
8. Wait for a reply via email
After that, please wait for the reply and the results will be sent via email. Based on my personal experience, email sent around 2x24 hours after my request replacing the username.
Email received can be a confirmation of changing the username to succeed or failure because of the availability factor. If it fails, please repeat again from the first step by including the selection of different usernames with the previous request.
